Fixing this issue regarding Google reviews is a simple process.

Begin by signing into your account at app.insurancesaleslab.com.

After you’ve signed in, you will see a tab on the left side of the page titled "Marketing".

After clicking Marketing, click "Settings" on the top left of the page. You will then see a page similar to this:

Click "Search for your business..." and search for your business name.

For example, Farmers Insurance – Vlad Cherchenko.

If your exact business address is selected, like below, customers will not be redirected to your business on Google.

Finally, click Save in the bottom left corner. Once you make this change, your customers will be redirected to your Google business page.
